This hotel was charming old, with friendly service and incredible location close to center of town. Great breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Location just next door to restaurant in the evening, the bars, and Provincetown and the Waterford Inn. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Harbor Lounge, located 10 min away.

The Waterford Inn has a fabulous, central location, right in the heart of Commercial Street. It is very close to the center of town, downtown, and the seashore. The breakfast included delicious scones, yogurt, fruit, and eggs. Everything met my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
